Objectives, activities and expected results: The internationalisation project, which aims to reinforce the internationalisation strategy in terms of consolidation (by guaranteeing the superior quality of its products) as well as by expanding in its operating markets (by offering differentiated and innovative products, whilst at the same time offering greater added value).
The Export Accelerator Internationalisation project began on February 1st 2021 and will have a duration of 24 months, concluding on January 31st 2023. This is an internationalisation project, which aims to strengthen the internationalisation strategy in terms of consolidation (by guaranteeing the superior quality of its products) as well as by expanding in the markets it currently operates in (by offering differentiated and innovative products, whilst at the same time offering greater added value). To implement the internationalisation process, the company will invest in a wide range of operation types, particularly in actions for prospecting in new international markets, by participating as an exhibitor at exhibition fairs such as Heimtextil, and investing in
international marketing.
Têxteis Penedo is extending the scope of application of its Cork-a-Tex products to the eco-design area by developing sustainable products. In order to promote this new range of products, the development of an attractive and differentiating line of packaging of its sustainable cork-a-tex products is planned.
